一、 教學目標

1. 透過fast reading，學生能夠透過找主旨句正確選擇段落大意，並補全文章中的空缺內容。

2. 透過careful reading， 學生能夠從文章中提取有效資訊，正確回答問題，逐步提高閱讀技巧和能力。

3. 能夠運用be going to 句型談論自己的新年決心。同時培養學生的目標意識與責任意識，使學生能夠正確地下定決心並堅定地執行。

二、 教學重、難點

2. Train the students’ reading skills.

三、 教學過程

Step1 Warming up and lead in.

Enjoy a song.

Free talk: 1) What’s the name of the song?

2) What do you want to be when you grow up?

3) How are you going to do that?

Step2 Fast reading

T show the reading tips to Ss.

Ss find out the main ideas of each paragraph according to the topic sentences.

Ss put the sentences A-D in the correct place in the passage.

T check the answers.

Step3 Careful reading

Ss read para1 and answer question.

Ss read para2 and fill in the box.

Ss read para3 and fill in the chart.

Step4

Ss read the whole passage again and try to retell according to the mind map.

Step5 Group work

Ss discuss what they are going to do next year and how are they going to do it.

Make a report.

一、教材內容分析：

1本單元重點學習圍繞食物展開的單詞及功能性句子。本課時主要學習一些有關食物的單詞：tomato ,tofu,potato,fish,green beans, eggplant和句型What would you like for lunch? l dlike…其中有些單詞和句型在四年級上冊已經學過，也可以說本單元是四年級上冊第五單元的延續。

2.學習有關食物的詞彙及如何用英語談論自己最喜歡的食物，A部分側重學習有關食物的單詞以及一天三餐的食譜。B部分則是談論自己最喜歡的食物以及原因 C部分是透過製作最喜歡的`食物廣告活動，逐漸把所學知識內化爲自己的能力。

二、教學目標：

1. 能力目標：能夠提問並回答三餐所吃的食物，如：

What would you like for lunch today? I’d like …

2. 知識目標：認讀Let’s learn 的單詞和句子，並掌握四會單詞；瞭解good to know等部分的內容。

3.情感目標：瞭解中國表示美好願望的傳統美食，並介紹其他國家的代表性食物，開拓學生的視野

三、教學重點和難點

重點：掌握有關食物單詞：tomato ,tofu,potato, eggplant,greenbeans

難點：掌握較多的食物單詞，設計又去、符合學生生活實際的情景，激發學生的興趣。調動學生的積極性，達到教學目標。

四、 教學過程

1、Warm- up

(1) Greetings.

(2)Let’s sing and chant.《What Would You Like》播放《PEP小學英語》四年級上第五單元歌曲，學生跟錄音唱。

2、Presentation

(1)Do you like vegetables?I like vegetables very much r a while,I’ll introduce some vegetables and meat for you! Oh, look, I have a riddles .(出示Let’s start部分的謎語。)

(2)用謎語引出單詞 tomato , potato

Riddle1:It’s red and round. It grow on the ground. It looks like an apple, but it isn’t an ’s it?(tomato.) Riddle2: It’s brown. French fries are made of them. What is it ?(potato)

(3)利用實物教授單詞：eggplant,green beans,cabbage,fish , tofu, cabbage.注意糾正cabbage和tofu的讀音。

(4) 教授單詞pork , mutton。

（5）Group work.

以小組爲單位，利用食物卡片，模擬餐廳裏吃飯的場景，學生在小組內練習句型What would you like for lunch?及鞏固新單詞。

把學生分成4人一組，調查組內成員一日三餐情況，調查結束後，請學生進行口頭彙報。

(1)寫本課時的四會單詞三遍。

一、目標：

1、複習單詞 eye mouth ，學習新單詞 head hand foot .

2、在遊戲中讓幼兒感受到學習英語的快樂，激發幼兒學習英語的興趣。

二、活動過程：

1、warm up (熱身)：English song:

Good morning .

Good morning, Good morning Good morning to you . Good morning Good morning Good morning to you .

2、Reviewing(複習)：

Eye（眼睛） Mouth（嘴巴）

A、老師來說，請小朋友來做出相應的動作。

B、一個小朋友來說，其他小朋友來做相應的動作。

3、Learn new words(學習新單詞)：

Head（頭） Hand（手） Foot（腳）

出示一個缺了頭，手，腳的娃娃。根據幼兒的回答來分別教授單詞的讀音。

A、開火車：

一個一個輪流來念，保證每個孩子都能夠發音正確。

B、看誰的眼睛最最亮：

把頭，手，腳分別用很快的速度在幼兒的眼睛前面晃一下，請幼兒來說一說看到的是什麼，並用英文說出來。

C、老師把自己身上的部位指出來，請小朋友來說英文。

4、Have a rest（休息一下）：

English song：

clap my hands ,clap my hands, stamp my feet ,stamp my feet, shake my bottom, shake my bottom, I am very happy.

5、play games（做遊戲）:

A、幼兒之間的互動遊戲：

請一個小朋友來說，另一個小朋友來做相應的動作，其他的小朋友來做裁判，看他們兩個人說的好不好，做的對不對。對的要說YES，不對的要說NO.並且指出來他們哪裏說的不對，應該怎麼改正。

B、擊鼓傳花：

隨着鼓聲的停止，拿到花的小朋友要回答老師的提問（說出相應的部位相應的英文單詞）。

6、End(結束)：
