長期以來，京劇介面臨的一個重要問題就是如何讓更多人尤其是年輕人認識京劇、瞭解京劇，喜愛京劇。高速發展的現代社會爲人們帶來了更多娛樂選擇，在電影、電視、網絡等衝擊下，年輕一代大多數沒有意願也少有機會真正感受京劇的魅力。現有的京劇專家很多已步入中老年，不擅長用年輕人喜歡的'語言和方式與他們溝通;而年輕一代中又極少有人既懂得京劇又願意花費時間和精力去介紹京劇。

The modern society, which is developing fast, has brought people more options for recreation. Under the impacts of movies, TV shows, Internet, etc., most of the young generations show no interest or scarcely have any opportunity to truly feel the charm of Peking Opera. Many of the Peking Opera masters have entered middle or old age, and they are not good at communicating with the young people in the languages or ways they like. Among the young generations, there are few people who have a good understanding of Peking Opera and are willing to spend time or efforts introducing it.
