天上午,媽媽開車拉着我去練跆拳道。

This morning, my mother drove me to practice Taekwondo.

來到道館,玩了一會兒就開始上課。練跆拳道可真複雜,先得跟國旗敬禮,再跟教練敬禮。要做準備活動了,頭部、肩部、腰部、膝蓋、手腕都要做。做完後,教練讓我們在後面集合,說歇一會兒後,要做衝刺,高提膝跑步、抱膝跳、蛙跳等等。我沒有想到,還要壓腿。更沒有想到,教練要趴在我們身上壓。

Come to Daoguan, play for a while and start class. Practicing taekwondo is really complicated. You have to salute the national flag first, then the coach. To do preparatory activities, the head, shoulders, waist, knees, wrists have to do. After that, the coach asked us to gather at the back and say that after a rest, we should do sprint, high knee running, knee holding jump, frog jump and so on. I didnt expect to have to press my legs. Whats more, the coach is going to lie down on us.

最後,我可以考黃帶了,我非常興奮,可是沒考過關。教練說:興奮過頭了,就考不過關。我聽了以後,覺得很慚愧。

Finally, I can take the yellow belt test. Im very excited, but I didnt pass the test. The coach said, if you get too excited, you cant pass the exam. After listening, I feel very ashamed.
