星期六，媽媽在家裏教我做番茄炒雞蛋。

首先，把番茄洗乾淨，在洗時媽媽提醒我說：“冬天的番茄，特別要洗乾淨，因爲冬天的番茄是由農民伯伯灑過農藥的。所以，要洗乾淨。”然後，我把番茄切的`一片大一片小的時候，這時，媽媽又對我說：“銘銘，番茄大小切的要基本相同。”在媽媽的指導下，我終於切的一次比一次好多了。

然後，把雞蛋打碎，雖然一開始打得不好。但是，經過反覆地練習一次比一次好的多。

最後，先拿一個鍋子，然後，在鍋裏倒點油，再把雞蛋倒進去，用鏟子在裏面來回翻炒，看見雞蛋變黃了，有點硬，再把番茄倒進去，放點水，關好鍋蓋。燒了一會兒，鍋開了，放一點糖、一點鹽，我問到：“爲什麼要放糖呢?”媽媽說“因爲放一點糖是爲了能去掉番茄的酸味。”

這時，爸爸下班回來了，說：“真好吃啊!”
