1、調整情緒。有的人想學，但卻“怕”字當頭，這與科學的學習方法相悖。心理學家認爲：“當一個人感到極度興奮時，學習的效果就極佳。它可使我們的思維變得敏捷、活躍，注意力集中。”所以在記憶單詞前應首先調整好自己的情緒，使自己擁有一種學習單詞的熱情和牢記它們的決心，努力使自己處於學習的最佳狀態。
