1. allow sb. to do sth. 允許某人去做某事(後接動詞不定式)

My father allowed me to go out for a walk after finishing my homework.

2. asked sb. (not) to do sth. 叫某人做事某事(叫某人不要去做某事)

被動語態帶to:　　He is often heard to sing the song.

役使動詞: (主動語態不帶to) make/let sb do sth.　　His father often makes him do this and that.
