教學重難點:定語從句中引導詞(who, whom, whose,that , which,when,where, why)的正確使用 教學過程:

先行詞定語從句

一.定義:在複合句中,用來修飾某一名詞或代詞的從句叫做定語從句。被定語從句修飾的名詞、代詞叫先行詞。定語從句放在先行詞之後。

先行詞(物) ↘引導詞(that指代the music)She is a 先行詞(人)↘引導詞(who指代a girl)

二.引導詞who, whom, whose,that , which(表人、表物,作主語,賓語)

關係副詞:when,where, why, (表時間、地點、原因,作狀語)

(1)先行詞表人時可用who,that或whom

(4)關係副詞when, where,why的用法:

先行詞是一個表示時間的詞如:time, hour, day, month, year時,其所對應的關係詞如在定語從句中作時間狀語(不充當從句的主語或賓語),則用關係副詞when。

在定語從句中作時間、地點和原因狀語時,關係副詞互換。

The day when (=on which) she arrived was Thursday. 她到的那天是星期四。

July and August are the months when (=in which) the weather is hot. 七八月是天氣很熱的月份 This is the hotel where ( =in which / at which) they were staying. 這就是他們當時住的旅店 Do you remember the place where (=at which) we had lunch? 你記得我們吃午飯的地方嗎?

The reason why (=for which) I came here was to be with my family. 我到這裏來的原因是要跟我的家裏人在一起

小試牛刀:This is the factory in ________ my father works.

解析:這裏填which,in which=where

拓展:判斷找引導詞是關係代詞或關係副詞,找出定語從句的.主謂賓,先使其變爲簡單的肯定句看缺什

麼成分。

This is the city (which/that) you visited last year.

(you visited the city last year).先行詞直接充當visited的賓語,缺的是賓語,所以用which或that

2如:This is the city where you stayed last year.

先行詞也是the city,將其放入定語從句中不能直接作成分,必須加上介詞in,一起做從句的地點狀語,相當於in +which所以此處用where.就必須要求;而系副詞。)

解析:例1變爲肯定句: This museum is ___ you visited a few days ago. 所缺部分爲主句的表語,從句的賓語,而where, on which都不能起到賓語的作用,而that只作從句賓語,還缺主句的表語, 只有the one既做了主句的表語,又可做從句的賓語,可以省略關係代詞that,所以應選D。

例2變爲肯定句: This is the museum ___ the exhibition was held. 主、謂、賓俱全,從句部分爲句子的狀語表地點,既可用副詞where,又因 in the museum詞組,可用介詞in + which 引導地點狀語。而此題中,介詞on 用的不對,所以選A。

教案背景及教材分析

本堂課是在學生學習完整個初中英語後複習內容中的一部分。定語從句是初中英語重要的語法之一,它既是重點也是難點,是學生平時最常接觸的,它在各個題型中無所不在。因此,複習好定語從句是十分必須的。

這是一堂初三下學期的語法複習課,內容是定語從句的複習。因爲這個語法項目是初三學過的語法內容,在平時的練習中也經常地接觸,所以學生對該語法比較熟悉。但是由於時間間隔長,所以某些語法點及其特殊用法可能有點模糊。

二教學重點和難點

重點:進一步明確定語從句的概念,熟練掌握定語從句中的先行詞和常見引導詞的用法

難點:(1)讓學生積極加入到課堂情景,總是帶着問題去研究;帶着疑問,爲了用而大膽討論;(2)靈活運用不同引導詞引導的定語從句

三、教學目標

結合本課的內容和其在英語教學中的地位,我把本節課的教學目標特定如下:

1進一步明確定語從句的概念 ,熟練掌握先行詞及其常見引導詞。

2靈活運用不同的引導詞引導的定語從句,解決學習問題。

3能運用所學定語從句談論自己的日常生活,描繪自己的生活,從而體驗生活的樂趣

四、教學方法

1、教學方法

爲達成上述教學目標,本人運用任務型教學途徑,圍繞教學內容,儘可能提供訓練學生技能的機會,開展自主性學習的課堂活動,強調合作探究與獨立思考的相結合。

2、教學工具:多媒體——播放幻燈片,flash動畫和優美動聽的音樂進行直觀教學,激發興趣,調節學習疲勞,緩解學習壓力,提高學習動力。

五、學習方法

《新課標》指出 “應讓學生掌握英語學習的基本方法,養成自主學習的習慣”、 “爲繼續學習和終身發展打好基礎”。所以,在學法上以學生養、練能力爲出發點。

1、自主學習法:爲了培養學生的綜合語言運用能力,提高學生用英語進行思維和表達的能力,設定一些學生易於回答的問題,讓每一個學生都主動參與。

2、合作學習法:爲了提高學生用英語獲取資訊、處理資訊、分析問題和解決問題的能力,透過分組討論、學生互動來完成。

3、探究式學習法:促進學生實踐能力和創新思維的發展。爲此,在重點的把握上,採用同學之間合作探討的方法。

六、教學過程

本節課我採用“345”教學模式,分課前延伸,課內探究與課後提升。

課前延伸

課前請同學們找一些定語從句,整理下來大聲朗讀,並在小組內每人都獨立表達一句

課內探究

(呈現完目標後,多媒體展示幾幅圖片,要求學生用定語從句說句子,從而進一步明確定語從句的概念和用法,然後給學生安排一個如下的小組活動)

(一) 你來總結:常見定語從句中的引導詞及其用法

(總結完後,緊跟練習,達到及時鞏固的目的,要求學生在規定時間內完成下題)

(二)語法練習。(用引導詞填空)

(四) 精講點撥

1當先行詞是something, anything, nothing, all等詞時,關係代詞只能用that.

2當先行詞被序數詞,最進階等詞修飾時,關係代詞只能用that.

3當先行詞同時指人和物時,關係代詞只能用that.

4當主句是以疑問詞who或which開頭的特殊疑問句時

5當先行詞是物且前面有the only ,the very ,the last等修飾時

(上述幾方面要求學生當堂記住,然後完成練習,並在小組內及時糾正.)

(習題結束後,安排一個小組活動,多媒體出示一個活動內容,要求以小組爲單位,選擇一個話題,人人蔘與,並選擇一個代表進行描述,必須用上定語從句,教師注意對小組及時評價)

Step1: Lead-in

首先透過首頁進入網站,教師引導學生觀看Flash動畫影片。影片展示了我校優美的校園環境和校園景觀。然後學生運用定語從句談論我校的人和事(創校人黃彰任先生以及體現我校英語教學特色的英語雜誌等)。匯入部分透過師生自由交談,活躍課堂氣氛,透過談論學生熟悉的人和事,自然引入定語從句的教學。

Step 2 :Online learning

點擊學習按鈕佈置學習任務,讓學生自主選擇檢視定語從句相關內容和視頻講解。首先學生要完成一段聽力練習,找出聽力材料中的定語從句,填寫出先行詞。然後學生自主學習,選擇定語從句中自己不清楚的知識進行網上自主學習,並完成有關這一部分的練習,針對不同內容設定了不同練習。如果學生個體在學習中遇到困難,可以透過網絡交流平臺,與同學進行網上互助學習,互相探討解決問題。老師也可以在網絡交流平臺上及時進行指導。學生在自主學習中充分感受到學習的自主和個性化,培養了自主學習能力,更感受到交流互動式學習的快樂。有一些定語從句的講解配備了視頻講解,視頻直觀生動的講解可以讓學生更加清楚的瞭解該項用法,並且使知識講解更節約時間,讓學生接受新知識更快速。

Step 3: Communication

學生透過網絡自主參與、經歷、體驗學習的快樂。同時在自主學習過程中碰到困難時,可以透過網絡交流平臺交換學習心得、互助合作,教師在網絡交流平臺上及時答疑解惑,在有限的課堂時間內有效地解答學生疑問,實現教學效果的最大化,充分提高教學效率。學生是學習的主體,教師是組織者、合作者、指導者和促進者。

Step 4 : Extending learning

該部分爲拓展學習。共分2個部分。

1、 角色扮演。

視頻介紹我校新聘外教Jenna。Jenna將要暢遊五嶽名山——南嶽。學生上網查閱有關南嶽旅遊的路線、景點介紹、飲食住宿、旅遊注意事項等,一人扮演Jenna,一人扮演導遊。儘量使用定語從句進行對話。學生開啟相應網頁進行對話練習。

2、 搶答競賽。

把學生分爲2組,每組給定一分鐘時間。在給定的時間內,2組學生進行定語從句造句比賽。造句最多的一組獲勝。競賽規則是:不能超過時間;不能造重複的句子。

限時和計分採用Flash動畫顯示,利用按鈕進行交互控制。

Step 5: Resources

爲了給學生提供更多的資訊,學生可以點擊資源網頁進行網絡搜尋和查詢。該網頁設定了搜尋連結、網頁連結。學生透過該網頁可以搜尋他們感興趣的學習內容,進行自主學習和探究學習。

Step 6 : Summary

總結學生在定語從句學習中所取得的進步,表揚和鼓勵學生在本堂課學習中所表現出的自主、合作互助學習精神。同時對同學們在學習中碰到的困難和不足之處提出整改意見

然後發表教師自己的觀點:學習英語語法知識——定語從句是很有必要的。但是語法學習不是死記硬背,而是在交際中不斷熟悉和運用。

最後佈置課後作業:Please write a composition to describe one of your friends or your school life using the Attributive Clause.學生透過發送電子郵件把作業提交給老師。
