時間狀語從句是什麼

1.引導時間狀語從句的引導詞有：

①表示某個時刻發生的動作：when、while、as、once

②表示某個時刻之前發生的動作：before、until

③表示某個時刻之後發生的動作：after、since

2. when引導從句時，主從句的動作有先有後，也可以同時進行,從句的動作可以是持續性的，也可以是短暫的。

eg. When I go to the cinema, the movie had already started. （主先從後）（短暫性）

When I watched movie, I used to eat ice cream. (同時) （持續性）

When the movie ended, the people went back. （從先主後）

3. while側重主從句動作的`對比，且從句的動詞必須是持續性的。

eg. While we were chatting she was reading comic．

4. as引導從句時側重主從句動作同時或幾乎同時進行，從句的動作可以是持續性的，也可以是短暫的。

eg. Sometimes I watch TV as I am having breakfast．

5. 關於when的固定搭配：

①…was/were doing…when…（正在做…突然）

②…was/were about to do…when…（剛要做…突然）

③…was/were on the point of doing…when…(剛要做…突然)

④…had just done…when….(剛一…就)

⑤Hardly/Scarcely had…done…when…(剛一…就)
