make sure 後加什麼形式

make sure三種用法：

一、make sure of sth：

make sure of sth，表示“對...確信”。of後面可以接名詞或doing。

例句：

You'd better make sure of the time and place.

你最好把時間和地點弄清楚。

Make sure of his coming before you set off.

出發之前要確定他是否來。

二、make sure to do sth：

make sure後面可以接不定式，表示“一定要做某事”。

例句：

Make sure to meet them at the other end.

確保在另一邊與他們會合。

He will make sure nobody has anything to do with you.

他會和你斷絕一切關係。

三、make sure that+從句：

make sure後面還可以接that從句，表示“一定要做某事”。make sure 如果是現在時，或者祈使句形式（原形），that從句的時態應該使用現在時間範疇的時態，如：一般現在時，現在進行時，一般將來時等。

例句：

You can call him to make sure that he comes back to have supper.

你可以給他打電話來確認他會回來吃飯.

You'd better make sure that you are safe.

你最好確保你是安全的.

They want to make sure the newcomers don't get a look-in.

他們不想讓新人有露臉的機會。
