經過這次實習，我感觸頗深，總結如下：

一、想當一名好老師不容易

做一名老師容易，做一名好老師的確很難。教學工作複雜而又繁瑣。首先，要管理好整個班集體，提高整體教學水平。然後，又要顧及班中的每一名學生，不能讓一名學生落伍。這就要求教師不能只是爲了完成教學任務，還要多關心、留意學生，經常與學生進行交流，給予學生幫助。做學生學習上的良師，生活中的益友。

二、自信很重要

儘管我在初中時，曾經在班裏講過初中語文一片閱讀篇目，但是當時畢竟是作爲學生講課，這次使作爲老師來實戰，多少還是緊張。再次，初爲人師，總是有些緊張。第一次講課事，我帶着羞澀與忐忑抱着課本和教案走上講臺時，面對那麼多雙眼睛時，我當時確實有點緊張了。我在講臺上，在幾秒鐘時間內，深呼吸了幾下，同時在心中暗自對自己說；你能行！終須把情緒穩定下來，還好事前的充分準備和大學的學生幹部經歷在關鍵時刻發揮了作用，再加上同學們對着我微笑的鼓勵，我所有的緊張都在這一瞬間消失了，透過那一雙雙澄澈的眼睛，我也似乎讀到了那一顆顆純淨的心，順利地完成了教學目標。

三、教學要講究方法

學生接觸新知識使需要時間和理解，因此，在教學過程中要講究正確的方法。精講多練是我採取的一個鞏固學生所學知識的方法。在課堂上，我少講精講，讓每位同學做好筆記，掌握知識重點難點，然後給予他們更多的時間練習加以鞏固，課後留有適當不同層次的作業讓不同層次的學生去練習，這樣透過精講，多練，讓學生在聽的過程中掌握知識，在練的過程中鞏固知識。同時，我又讓每位同學準備一個錯題本，在我每次評講習題的過程中，把他們易錯的習題和知識點重點記在錯題本上，以便於平時有重點地去記憶和理解。事實證明，這一方法切實可行，也行之有效。

四、聽課對新教師至關重要

聽課是提高自身教學能力的一個好方法，新老師只有多聽課才能夠逐漸積累經驗。所以對每一次聽課的機會我都十分珍惜。聽課的主要對象是我們組的優秀老師的課，同時也聽其他老師的課。這次實習中，我聽了五節課，我的收穫很大，逐步掌握了一些駕馭課堂的技巧。聽完課之後，把教師們上課時講到的記在聽課記錄上，然後對我自己的備課教案進行修改，將他們很多優點和長處應用到我的課堂教學當中去，取得了較好的效果。

　　一、內容簡單化

內容簡單化是考生在構思英語四六級作文時應遵循的原則。考生不論是在練習時還是在考場上都應當牢記這一點。許多考生在作文上敗下陣來就是因爲花費了大量的時間和精力追求內容的新穎別緻。國家考試中心在出作文試題時特別注意選擇一些彈性不是很大的題目，因爲考試作爲一種語言測試方式，其重點在於測試考生英語語言水平，它不像出國英語考試，譬如託福、GMAT和GRE這類智商型考試那樣測試考生邏輯思辯的能力；如果設定彈性較大的題目，評卷人在評分時就不容易把握。

事實上，四六級作文考試的內容並不會給評卷人留下太深的影響，參閱任何一本考試作文指南書的考生都可以發現書中範文的內容不會有太多新意，評卷人評判的是考生的文能力，考生在構思時只要保證自己的內容符合邏輯，能夠言之有理、言之成理、切題即可，然後把更多的注意力放在如何追求語言的得體性上；有的考生在考場上絞盡腦汁，想要找出些絕妙的內容來吸引評卷人的特別關注，結果往往是花費了十分的心思只得到一分的回報，有時反而會弄巧成拙，使評卷人的注意力轉移方向，影響得分。

高分作文的第二大策略是結構模式化，這也是最核心的一條策略。通覽以往的考試作文考題，細心的考生不難發現，四六級作文考題不僅題目彈性很小，而且題型相結穩定，這就爲考生在短期內提高作文分數創造了一個條件，使考生完全可以在考前針對考試中可能出現的題型按照固定的'結構模式進行訓練。

三、語言要包裝

做到內容簡單化和結構模式化，考生就已經向高分作文的目標邁進了一大步，如果考生還能在語言的細節上下一些功夫，作文的分數就會更上一層樓，這也就是我們接下來要談的第三大策略：語言要包裝。前面我們已經說過，專業英語作文的測試重點是考生的語言能力，因而在語言細節上下一點功夫就可以讓考生展示自己的語言修養。

作文中語言的包裝主要應從以下六點入手。

首先是語法方面的包裝。考生要注意在作文中選取一箇中心時態，通常選取一般現在時即可，但在陳述具體例證時要根據不同的情況變換時態。大綱明確要求高分作文的句子要做到多樣化，所以最好不要全盤使用簡單句，這樣會降低文章的層次、複雜句和簡單句應在文章中交叉出現，而對一些描述性的例證以及臨時想起的內容可以使用簡單句。

詞彙的包裝是個較爲艱鉅的過程，但單從應試的角度而言，考生可以精選一些高分作文學習，吸取其中的語言營養，對其中的用詞進行細緻的研究和模仿，在練習時儘量使用範文中一些常用的優秀詞彙。

同樣在引用名人名言時考生也要特別注意：中國人習慣用別人說的話來證明自己的觀點，而西方人引用名人名言通常都是爲了進行批判性分析，這也是東西方文化上的一大差異，建議考生心意一不要使用名人名言，而應當用自己的邏輯去說服對方。

說到這裏自然就引出五一個語言包裝的問題：應不應當在作文中作用諺語，大多數考生會覺得這些語言對評卷人而言已是陳詞濫調，不應該在他們面前賣弄，事實恰恰相反，非英語國家的考生使用諺語常常會給英語國家的評卷人留下良好的印象，他們認爲只有英語功底很紮實的考生才能正確地使用諺語。因此，在對所用表達法把握很大的情況下，考生不妨在作文中寫一些地道的英語習語。
