英語測試對於提高教學質量起着有效的促進作用。透過測試一方面教師可以取得教學工作的資訊反饋,另一方面,可以調動學生的學習積極性,使學生在今後的測試中不斷髮揚成績,克服缺點,取得最佳效果。測試的重要性是顯而易見的,對試卷的評講就顯得尤爲重要。介紹自己的基本情況

高質量的試卷評講會讓師生收益非淺。有效的評講,能讓老師更成功地總結教學經驗,分析學生學習情況以改進教學,提高教學效率和教學效果。有效的評講,能讓學生找到自己的不足和改進學習的方法。

有效地評講英語試卷應該堅持三個原則:

一、評講的內容和細節必須由學生實情決定。學生纔是課堂的主體,教師只是引導者。學生在測試中暴露了他們自己在英語各方面存在的問題或漏洞,學生有他們自己的難點和疑惑。教師具體該講什麼和怎樣講必須根據學生的情況和特點來進行。對於學生普遍存在的難點,應該仔細分析,詳細評講。對於個別學生存在的難題,可以個別輔導,個別評講。

二、評講必須結合試卷特點。儘管都是英語測試,但不同階段,不同時間的測試試卷是有其自身的特點的。教師應該在認真分析和研究試卷的基礎上評講試卷,切不可千篇一律的對待各種英語試卷。試卷的評講步驟和時間長度都要根據試題的難度來定,當然必須結合學生實際。對於不同類別的試卷應該有不同的評講方式,對於試卷中的不同題型也應該用不同的方法。

第一、認真瞭解和初步分析試卷。在評講前,教師有必要用自己教給學生的方法親自把試卷做一遍,以便確定試題的檢測範圍和感受試題的難度。在做題的過程中可以預測學生的難點,也可以根據學生所學內容,看看哪些題目超出了學生的學習範圍。當然,也可以檢閱試卷的不足,以便今後選擇併合理利用英語試卷。

第二、認真統計學生成績。在批閱完學生試卷後,認真統計學生的成績是很有必要的。統計的項目主要有:求出平均值和求出差距。在統計出平均成績後,可以參照其他班的情況分析,確定該班的成績位置。平均分較低,就說明該班的成績較差。如果平均分較高,那該班的整體情況就較好。另外,還要排列出全班考生中的最高分和最低分,找出二者之間的差距。差距越大,兩級分化就越嚴重,教學的難度就越大。在排列學生成績時,最好由高分到低分排列,找出中間位置考生的分數,並把該成績列爲全班成績的中位數。在評講試題時,要特別注意中位段的學生的反映和效果。
