Some people may believe that going to classes should be optional, but I disagree. I don't understand how university students can expect to learn anything if they don't attend classes. Second, many students skip their classes because they lack of self-discipline and are indulged in other things, such as playing online games. They consider that their absence will not be noticed if they teachers don’t call over.

Another method usually used in smaller classes is to ask questions at random. Teachers will ask some students to answer the questions to check if they attend the class.

Meantime, students should try to improve their self-discipline ability and learn to appreciate the advantages of their teachers.
