Fun is what we experience during an act, happiness is what we experience after an act. The latter is a deeper, more abiding emotion. Watching a movie or television is fun activities that help us relax, temporarily forget our problems and even laugh. But they do not bring happiness, because their positive effects end when the fun ends.

The way people cling to the belief that a fun-filled, painfree life equals happiness actually diminishes their chances of ever attaining real happiness. If fun and pleasure are equated with happiness, then pain must be equated with unhappiness, but in fact, the opposite is tree. More often than not, things that lead to happiness involves some pain. It seems no fun undertaking some hard work, but when you finish it successfully, you will feel happy.

The moment we understand that fun does not necessarily bring happiness, we began to lead our lives differently. We should not merely seek fun in life, but try to pursue happiness even if we may undergo pains and difficulties.

“零零零”……上課了,我這才發現原來它是那麼好玩。老師姓王,叫Miss王,Miss王上課時不時還送我們一些小玩意兒,有小熊貓等,於是我們便更加愛英語了。還有時侯,同學太緊張了,說:“Miss王,請問你貴姓啊?”老師卻說:“我姓張!”大家笑得幾乎直不起腰來。

下課了,雖然只有五分鐘,但大家依就開心極了。瞧!一個同學跑到了講臺上,大聲說:“請問哪種生物從高空落下沒有反應?哈,不知道吧?是死鬼!”說完大搖大擺地走了。同學們一個個木雞似的呆在那兒,半天才反應過來,擺出各種各樣的神態來:有的裝沒聽見,躲在一旁偷樂;有的大聲“抗議”着;還有的甚至跑去叫Miss王,邊跑邊叫:“不得了了,這‘戲’沒法看了,教室裏鬧活鬼了”……

這個暑假一開始,媽媽就給我報了個音標班,說是要我好好學學音標,無奈,母命難爲,我只得答應。

第一天去上課,我跟着媽媽忐忑不安地推開教室門,喲,已經有7個“小豆丁”端端正正地坐在那兒了,看樣子是、三、四年級的,7、8歲的小孩居多,唯有一個和我差不多大,升五年級的。我傻了眼,呆呆地站在那。媽媽推了我一把,讓我坐在第一個桌子旁,等着老師來。沒過幾分鐘,一個二十幾歲模樣的大學生走了進來,她披着一頭微卷的金髮,長着一張漂亮的鵝蛋臉,水靈靈的眼睛讓人看得入了迷,紅紅的櫻桃小嘴分外惹人眼紅。大家發出了一聲“哇”,老師笑了笑,用清脆的聲音說:“同學們好,我是教你們音標的老師,你們可以叫我‘Sherry’老師。現在,我來爲你們起英文名。”她走到我身邊,問道:“你叫什麼名字?有英文名嗎?”“我叫胡磊,沒英文名。”我 望着她,輕輕地說。“那就叫你‘Mandy’吧!”老師笑眯眯地說。“好!”我異常高興。老師一圈走下來,大家都有了好聽的名字:Jiji、John、Sandy、Jack……教室裏是一片歡呼聲,老師拍了拍手,開始教我們音標,她告訴我們音標有48個,分爲元音和輔音,元音又分爲單元音和雙元音,輔音則分爲清輔音和濁輔音。她給我們講了5個元音字母相對應的元音音標,並告訴我們這幾個音標的.口型。大家聽得仔仔細細地,連最小的孩子也不曾開小差。說完這些,老師又帶我們玩起了“拍氣球讀音標”、“魔法手指”、“憋氣”。同學們玩得不亦樂乎,個個臉上露出了燦爛的笑容……

不知不覺中,下課了,大家戀戀不捨地走出教室,盼望着下一次上課的時間……

Hua Mei Oxford Summer Camp is an interesting summer camp. I met many new friends here and studied together happily. The life in the Summer Camp is colourful and unforgetable.

Richard is our teacher and he teaches us the history about Britain. From his class, we have learned many knowledges, such as King Henry has six wifes, a fire happened in 1666 and so so. Clair is another teacher . She is very lovely and patient. I lcve her very much. And Mattew、Robert, they are all good teachers. They teach us so many things. When I see them, I feel happy.

Everyday, we have wonderful and diversity party at night. At the party, we can learn more sentences. I think it’s so good.

In the Summer Camp, we study English、play with other pupils and communicate with teachers. I enjoy for everything about this Summer Camp. I hope I can go to HuaMei Summer Camo next year.

其實,對於展示的這節課,我沒有刻意準備,沒有搞什麼花架子,就如平時一樣,流暢自然充滿童趣。雖然窗外雨聲嘩嘩,教室裏卻歡聲笑語、一片豔陽。

剛纔,我又把這節課從頭到尾在腦海裏回顧了一遍,最讓我滿意的是:課堂上,孩子們那一張張洋溢着幸福的笑臉。他們自信地站起來朗讀故事,他們勇敢地走上講臺做超級PK,宣傳自己做的創意party的海報,還有他們無拘無束的表達,他們發自心底的笑聲,他們偶爾幽默的調侃,他們高高舉起的小手……看着看着,我不由自主地被他們的童真感染,一次次忍俊不禁。有一組鏡頭特別可愛:當小Tom站起來告訴大家他最喜歡的禮物是一件連衣裙的時候,全班同學大笑起來,小男孩竟然會喜歡連衣裙!我不失時機的唱了一句同學們剛剛學會的Declan的歌曲Tell me why…調皮又聰明的Eric竟然大聲唱起來:Tell mewhy does Tom like a dress?全班同學一起附和。這時Tom從容地站起來回答說:I want thedress because I want to give it to my mother as apresent. My mother likesdresses.多有愛心的孩子啊!同學們把熱烈的掌聲送給了小Tom.

從孩子們的眼睛裏,我能感覺到自始至終有一種幸福在流淌,那正是我所期待的最美的教育,我甚至爲自己感到有一點點自豪呢。

我更加深刻地感受到:
