早上醒來,到了做運動的`時間啦,這個暑假體重增加了不少,肚子上還多了一個游泳圈,應該減減了。所以爸媽要求我每天早上鍛鍊身體。爲了提高我的積極性,爸媽也陪我一起去。“哎呦喂——”我極不情願地伸了伸懶腰。

我們跑步到了南城文化廣場。

先做仰臥起坐。做好一切準備,雙手抱頭,深吸一口氣。“哎呀哎呀,加把勁呀,嘿呀...”我自己給自己鼓勁,剛開始體力還行,輕輕鬆鬆搞定十個,還有二十個,我用舌頭潤滑了一下嘴脣。一鼓作氣,“呀——”我使出我全身的力氣“十一、十二…二~~九、三~~十。”最後我連數數的力氣都沒了。還好完成了今天的任務。哎,做俯臥撐去。

我和爸爸都爬到旁邊的草地上,我們兩個把雙手撐在草地上。剛纔的仰臥起坐搞得我全身力氣都沒了。費了九牛二虎之力,終於做完了二十個,累得我氣喘吁吁。

半個小時之後,我已經累得滿頭大汗,又上氣不接下氣的跑了回家。

看來我的力氣還是不夠呀。以後得多多鍛鍊嘍。
