今天是冬至，媽媽說要吃餃子，冬至吃餃子是我家鄉的風俗，早上吃過飯媽媽和我就去超市買包餃子用的'材料。有雞蛋和韭菜，買完菜回到家媽媽就沒閒着，就開始剁餡，然後我就學媽媽以前的樣子，開始和麪。因爲是第一次和麪，首先我把一碗麪倒到盆裏，澆上溫開水就開始和起面來，看起來有模有樣的，可是完全不像想象的那麼簡單，不是水少了，面太乾了，就是水倒多了，和的面就變稀了，反覆了好多次才把面和好，但是和的面卻太多了，恐怕我們一中午都吃不完，這時，媽媽的餃子餡也剁好了，我們就忙活起來，開始包餃子了。

餃子在媽媽的教導下，似像似不像的都包好了，最後終於吃上了，我自己包的餃子。

真是開心的一天呀!
