Pressure are not necessarily bad, there are also some is good. So the pressure is often motivates us go forward.

Large and small pressure exists in our life, we should be appropriate to adjust the mood, the pressure into power, so as to let the life become more colorful.

人人都有壓力,只要有事情做不完或想不開時,壓力就會神不知鬼不覺的附着在那個人的身上,引起各種“症狀”,例如:睡不着覺、食慾降低或心情不好……等。

我的壓力是補習回家後功課寫不完,常常忙到三更半夜;爸爸的壓力是會計工作做不完;媽媽的壓力是因爲他身爲職業婦女,一隻蠟燭兩頭燒,擔心家庭跟工作沒辦法兼顧好,而姐姐的壓力是近視的度數增加的非常快,很難控制。

壓力不一定都是壞的,也有一些是好的'。以我們班上的規定爲例:不用功的學生沒改完作業就不能下課,因爲這個壓力,讓這些人傷透了腦筋,最後他們終於決定把作業改完,也獲得真正的學習,不再找藉口偷懶。所以壓力常常會督促着我們勇往直前。

大大小小的壓力存在我們的生活當中,我們應該適當的調適心情,把壓力化爲助力,這樣才能讓生活變得多采多姿。
