一、比賽規則

1、演講順序：比賽前抽籤決定。

2、演講時間：演講時間不得超過5分鐘，每超時10秒扣掉2分，不足10秒按10秒計算。

3、演講比賽評分：採取100分制。

二、評分標準

1、演講內容（40分）

主題鮮明、中心突出，結構嚴謹、層次清晰，內容正確、聯繫實際，選材典型、杜絕抄襲。

2、演講有聲語言(30分)

語音標準，聲音洪亮，語速適當，語調仰揚頓挫，富有變化。

3、演講態勢技能(20分)

表情豐富，動作得體、手勢自然，服裝適宜。

4、整體效果（10分）

可脫稿演講，節奏把握好，內涵與表情相結合，以情感人，以形傳神，感染力強。 可用PPT輔助演講。

三、評分辦法

1、比賽設7名評委，現場打分；

2、去掉一個最高分和一個最低分，取平均分；

3、選手最後得分精確到小數點後一位，若出現同分，則精確到後兩位，依此類推；

4、根據總分的高低評出特等、一、二、三等獎及優秀獎。

參賽要求

一、參賽人員：女子學院九班學員

演講者語音規範，吐字清晰，聲音洪亮圓潤。演講表達準確、流暢、自然。語言技巧處理得當，語速恰當，語氣、語調、音量、節奏張弛符合思想感情的起伏變化，能熟練表達所演講的內容。

【形體語言】 10分

演講者精神飽滿，能較好地運用姿態、動作、手勢、表情，表達對演講稿的理解。

【主體形象】 10分

演講者着裝樸素端莊大方，舉止自然得體，有風度，富有藝術感染力。

【會場效果】 10分

演講具有較強的吸引力、感染力和號召力，能較好地與聽衆感情融合在一起，營造良好的演講效果。
