My undergraduate program will be accomplished in Huangshan universty which is located in Zhe jiang province . Now I am trying my best for obtaining a key to chemistry and chemical engineering college of Nan jing University of technology.

Four years’ university education gives me a lot of things to learn,a lot of chances to try,and a lot of practices to improve teaches me not only what to study and how to think,but also to see the importance of practical ability (such as doing experiment as much as possible). Furthermore, I am a person with great perseverance. Just as the old saying goes, nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. 1、自我認識

想一矢中的，首先必須認清自我，一定要弄清以下三個問題。 你現在是幹什麼的？你將來要幹什麼？你過去是幹什麼的？

這三個問題不是按時間順序從過去到現在再到將來，而是從現在到將來再到過去。其奧妙在於：如果你被僱用，僱主選中的是現在的你，他希望利用的是將來的你，而這將來又基於你的歷史和現狀。

所以，第一個問題，你是幹什麼的？現在是幹什麼的？回答這個問題，要點是：你是你自己，不是別的什麼人。除非你把自己與別人區別開來，在共同點的基礎上更強調不同點，否則你絕無可能在衆多的應徵求職者中奪魁。 對於這第一個問題，自我反省越深，自我鑑定就越成功。

隨後，着手回答第二個問題：你將來要幹什麼？如果你申請的是一份舉足輕重的工作，僱主肯定很關注你對未來的自我設計。你的回答要具體，合理，並符合你現在的身份，要有一個更別緻的風格。
