3）社會工作方面。本科和研究生都擔任所在班級班長/**部長，同時也在校學生會工作過。在擔任班幹部的日子裏我具備了一定的組織、協調能力，並深深體會團隊協作的重要性。

我的性格特點是，1.性格沉穩，2.考慮問題全面、仔細，3.做事有自己明確的想法和計劃。

我的優勢是1.自己全面的綜合素質；2.做事分清輕重緩急；3.喜歡總結，避免犯同樣的錯誤。

First, I'm an excellent learner. IT研究生求職簡歷必知要點

我總結了一下，簡歷中最好應該注意以下幾點：

1、應該充分挖掘自己的.特長和亮點，把自己最有優勢的地方放到最前面。

2、把自己的名字和聯繫方式放到最顯眼的地方。

3、儘量壓縮到一頁（這一點我做的不太好）。二頁的話要保證3/4頁是項目經歷。

4、對於不同類型的單位，最好採用不同的簡歷模板，以更有針對性。

1）對於外企：要強調“英文水平”、“學習能力”、“團隊合作精神”、“溝通能力”。

2）對於國企和事業單位：要強調“教育背景”、“政治面貌”、“獲獎情況”、“學習成績”、“踏實穩重”。

3）對於技術類企業：要強調“專業技能”（與該企業相關的技能放到最前面）、“項目經驗”。

4）對於研究類單位：要強調“研究方向”、“獲獎情況”、“學習成績”。

5）對於銷售、管理類職位：要強調“任職情況”、“組織活動”、“溝通能力”“團隊合作能力”、“解決問題能力”。

5、儘量少談“個人興趣”，如果是特長的話，可以改爲“個人特長”或“文體特長”。

6、對於自己所做的項目，不要寫或少寫“項目簡介”，而要重點寫“個人職責”。

7、不能說假話，自己沒有的絕對不能說；但自己有的，一定要用最好的方式展現出來。

8、對於自己的亮點，可以適當加一些修飾；對於自己的劣勢，應極力的避開。

其它的，大家就根據個人的情況自己總結吧。總之，簡歷沒有絕對的好與壞之分，關鍵在於，你能否把自己身上最大的亮點和優勢成功的在15秒之內展示給面試官，讓他對進一步看你的簡歷產生興趣，如果你做到了，你就成功了。
