各位領導，各位老師：

下午好，今天有幸和大家一起來探討一下校園足球活動的事情。說得官方一點說是“校園足球活動開展動員大會”，如今的校園足球在全國範圍內開展得如火如荼，有人說校園足球是因爲習主席喜歡足球而必須迎合他而開展的一項活動，其實這是一個誤解，校園足球已經開展很多年；另外我們的鄧小平書記、賀龍體育部長也曾大力提倡過足球，這是因爲足球的確是一項魅力無窮的體育項目，當之無愧的世界第一大運動。

說到這裏其實大家有點不太贊同。說說我和足球的一些事情吧，我來自邵陽市新邵縣，高中那時想踢球，但足球場總是找不到踢球的地方，到處是踢球的人。我們就在宿舍前坪踢，在籃球場籃球架的後面水泥地上踢，踢得不亦樂乎，然後全縣每年都會在新邵一中的號召下自發的組織高中足球聯賽。有人就可能會問，那你們縣的成績肯定會不怎麼樣，其實恰恰相反，我讀高中的前後幾年中每年都會有考清華北大的，升本率也挺高。然後就我個人而言吧，我從開始踢球到現在已經十多年，初三那年接觸足球，當的是守門員，高中踢了三年，大學踢了三年，我覺得收穫很多。首先我從這項活動中得到了一副好體魄，其次我更加的體會到團隊精神，然後足球也鍛鍊了我的溝通和領導能力，學習成績也沒落下??

很多老師現在有很多疑慮，這個是肯定的。首先，足球對於我們五完小大多數的老師們來說是陌生的，自己不知道踢也不知道如何教；其次是現在老師最擔心的安全問題，小孩摔到腿腳是要負責任的；然後就是認爲學習成績會和足球運動相沖突，一個蒸蒸日上，一個每況愈下，何況成績和每個學期的獎金是掛鉤的，大家不敢冒這個險??

首先我來回答第一個：於足球陌生的問題。足球規則是一般運動裏面最簡單明瞭的。平常的活動只要強調除了守門員之外其他人員不得用手觸球就差不多了。至於教學，我們班主任只要做到能讓孩子們感受到足球的快樂，能自己踢起來就好，並不要求在一年半載內就達到很高的`水平。第二個問題：安全。上次五二班唐燦的家長說的好，孩子走路都可能摔跤，搞個運動肯定有風險，但是這個風險其實是很低的，比如說我，踢球十幾年，打籃球也有七八年了，只是摔跤擦破點皮。足球運動的首要的好處就是會教會人如何去保護自己，會運動的人摔一

跤都摔倒比別人輕，騎摩托車摔跤會知道如何藉助緩衝，如何順勢打滾減小衝量等，足球運動本身還會鍛鍊人的反應能力。當然，意外是不可能完全杜絕的，我已經最好了一個責任狀，待會可以大家看看，學校和管足球這塊的部門會盡可能的讓教師免受責任（只要你每堂課有安全提示，沒有無故缺課）。另外縣裏以及市裏會有一個有關足球的保險會產生，儘可能減少學校、家長的意外傷害費用。第三個問題，和成績的關係。老師們有沒有這個感覺，自己已經像孺子牛一樣的付出了，但是總是不盡如人意，而班上成績最有潛力和成績好的往往是那些愛玩愛動的人，而非每天補課兩耳不聞窗外事的人。足球運動會讓人勞逸結合，有效的鍛鍊孩子的大腦。

說了很多，其實我是想盡可能的打消各位老師的顧慮，相信我們這個集體能將校園足球開展好，能讓孩子們不僅能學習好，還能快樂着。接下來我就說說這次活動的一些具體內容：

一、全校所有班級，都要將一節體育課改爲足球課，修改後的課表我會盡快發到各位班主任手上。足球手冊四月份已經每個辦公室發了一份，請互相傳閱。

二、各個班級都要建立一個班隊足球，最好是男女各一支，每隊人數建議在7-15之間，具體人數由班主任自定，但不得低於7人每隊。

三、我將對五完小的各位老師進行一到兩次的足球方面的相關培訓，希望各位老師能積極參加，從中得

到樂趣。

四、每個班級可以在黑板報，牆體裝飾等方面做一些足球方面的宣傳。可鼓勵學生自主購買足球、觀看足球相關的節目。（如足球小子等）

五、學校每週會利用一到兩天的下午最後一節進行類似大課間一樣的足球活動，我將對田徑場進行區域劃分，按一二、三四五六分批次進行。一二年級主要進行足球遊戲，三四五六則進行簡單的足球實踐訓練。

六、大力支援校足球隊的建設，希望我們這個集體能精誠合作，做好創建校園足球試點校的準備，真正爲普及提高足球水平奠定基礎。

爲了學生學得更加快樂，成長更加健康，爲了更好的展示我們五完小這個團隊的精氣神，爲了圓滿的完成創建校園足球試點校，爲了幾代人的足球夢，讓我們一道去落實好校園足球的活動吧。謝謝大家。
