點評：班長是公司與生產員工的主要溝通橋樑，屬於兵頭將尾。公司班組長的管理好壞，將直接影響公司產品的生產進度和產品質量，他們責任重大，希望在工作中能夠得到大家始終如一的支援。

大會進行第四項，有周友志同志發表關於改善的建議，大家歡迎!
