尊敬的領導：

我是XXX，是XXXX，今天我懷着無比內疚的心情寫下這份檢討書，對我因個人原因未按時參加XXX會議的行爲而感到羞愧，有愧於“大學生西部計劃志願者”這一稱號。

一、遲到原因

XXX會議上我遲到，這是毋庸置疑的事實，個人經深刻反思，總結以下幾點：

1.思想上認識不夠。因爲長期在服務單位工作，整個重心都傾向於單位工作，對團委工作沒有在思想上形成高度重視，造成在實際行動上存在偏差。5月27日下午，在明明知道晚上要參加網絡會議的情況下，我仍與XXX等同事到XXX，這明顯地顯示出我對團委工作的'不重視，對此，我向所有爲此次會議忙碌的團委工作人員說一聲“對不起，你們辛苦了”。

2.組織紀律性差。在日常生活中個人自由主義過強，造成自己對團委工作也存在着漫不經心的態度，總有“差不多就好”、“應該可以”等得過且過的思想，這種態度和思想不僅不利於我自身的成長，還給市團委工作帶來了許多不必要的困擾，對此我再一次道歉。

3.做事拖沓，不分輕重緩急。一個小時的時間本來是足夠吃飯、洗漱的，但是由於我個人做事拖沓，事事慢悠悠，甚至進會議室時也是閒庭漫步，影響會議的氛圍，給省團委留下了不好的印象，給市團委帶來不良的影響。爲此，我表示深深的歉意。

二、今後工作中的改進措施

對我在這次會議遲到行爲，我已深深地認識到了它的嚴重性，爲了更好地向領導檢討自己，我對在今後團委工作中自己的態度、行爲等方面提出以下幾點要求：

1.加強思想認識。作爲共青團的一員，必須始終要以主人翁的態度，充分發揮主觀能動性，積極主動地去承擔共青團的工作，不能因爲忙於服務單位的工作而忽略團委這個大家庭的工作。

2.知錯就改。在今後的工作中，我會敢於承認錯誤，勇於承擔後果，並深刻地反思，認真地總結，積極地改正，以實際行動向領導和同事表明我的誠心和態度。

3.加強學習。在今後的工作與生活中，我會更加地努力學習，快速的提高自身綜合素質。一方面要加強業務學習，提高工作效率。另一方面要加強對時間管理的學習，提高個人時間管理能力。
