英文簡歷34--SCS_Resume_SCS Resume Format Guidelines In order to optimize employee utilization and to enable engagement staffing within SCS, it is essential to use a standardize resume format. Throughout the resume, the following style guidelines should be followed: ·         Write in the third person (“he/she”, not “I”).·         Include your full name in the first sentence of a paragraph, followed by either the first name only or “he/she”.·         Use “we”, “us” and “our” to convey the message that we are a TEAM.·         When describing your experience and background, be as specific as possible regarding your technical skills (including development tools, programming languages or other tools/techniques) as well as your specific functional business skills.  1. General Information This section should include all the information that does not relate to a particular service, industry segment or assignment, providing a summary of those key areas where you are most experienced, as well as any unusual area(s) of expertise. The section should also include a description of your role and responsibilities at SCS, including internal responsibilities if they are relevant, and your length of tenure, if appropriate. 2. Working experience This very important section of the resume details each specific project (or series of projects for a specific client) that is relevant to your current role. Each project description should be “stand-alone”, allowing it to be omitted if it is not relevant to a particular proposal. Focus on the description of the client problem, the benefits of the solution to the client, the specific technical and functional skills and tools you used and the role you played in providing that solution. Following the paragraph, please list specific client names. 3. Professional Background This section summarizes your previous work experience that is relevant to the work you do nowas well as the highest level of your educational qualifications. It may also include past job titles and the names of and length of tenure at former employers (assuming it is relevant to your current position).  4.     Specific Skill Set  The skills information contained in this section is important in order to maximize the power of the search engine. This data is intended primarily for internal skills availability matching and should be used to detail your specific technical expertise, functional business experience and other skills that are not specifically identified in the Relevant Experience or Background sections, including foreign language proficiency or international experience. You should use industry-standard terms to describe your skills and include specific vendor and product (including version) names. You are encouraged to include as many skills as possible.    5.       Highest Qualification Obtained List your highest education qualification   6.       Awards & Commendations  List any relevant membership and awards in professional organizations  7.       Technical Courses Attended  List any relevant technical courses attended   7.       Business /Management Course  List any relevant professional qualifications in professional organizations
