This letter serves to introduce Narcissus Chan (陳鎮傑), who is graduating from Guangdong Communication Polytechnic (GDCP) of Guangzhou in 2009, majoring in International Shipping Management.

I have known Walt since October of 2007 when I lectured at GDCP. Walt was one of the students who interviewed me for a school project. I have had the opportunity to get to know Walt better through ensuing email correspondence over the past thirteen months.

Walt is bright and hard working, has a clear mind, speaks and writes English well, as can be evidenced by the shipping articles that he translated for my website from English to Chinese.
